Bill Morgan, past president of the Obed Watershed Community Association will present an educational event highlighting native plant alternatives to invasive plants. Bill is a master gardener who has developed a hands-on and visual presentation to recognize and offer control for invasive plants and the use of native plants for a healthier natural environment.
